  1. CARAMEL CORN

  6. Ingredients:
  7. 2 c. brown sugar              2 sticks butter
  8. 1/2 c light corn syrup        1 tsp. salt
  9. 1 tsp. soda                   7 qt. popped corn
  10.  
  11. Instructions:
  12.     Mix together sugar, butter and corn syrup. Cook 5
  13. minutes. Add salt and soda. Pour over popped corn. Put on
  14. cookie sheets and bake at 250 degrees. for 1 hour, stirring
  15. every 15 minutes. If desired, omit baking and serve warm and
  16. chewy.
